A thin film of dust is deposited on the record due to the static charge. This has an unfavorable effect on the sound and also increases wear on the record while playing. This antistatic carbon fiber brush, with over a million extremely fine fibers, is particularly effective at removing even the tiniest grains of dust and particles of dirt from the record grooves.
