in-akustik: Our location
Spoilt by pleasure

in-akustik is situated in the middle of Markgräflerland, in Ballrechten-Dottingen. It is halfway between Freiburg and Basel, tucked in between the Rhine and the Black Forest. (Further down you will find a map, and a route planner will follow soon.) With pride, we name this region “Tuscany of Germany”. Spring begins here earlier than elsewhere - and summer usually lasts longer as well.
Our cookery is influenced by the traditions of France and the Habsburgs, who left us to ourselves for several hundred years. And, because this ground is a fantastic base for all kinds of fruit and vegetables, we have the best ingredients as well. A small Cockaigne.

You see: We are sensualists. And because we want to share this with you, this page contains not only a map, but also some tasty recipes from Baden, some special wines, and recommended restaurants you will enjoy.

Our starting point - suitable for the current production of fields and gardens - is a cream of leek soup with morel froth as a starter, followed by stuffed pheasant and then a pudding, which we will not describe yet. We have tested these recipes for four people - and enjoyed them more than once.

Enjoy in-akustik.
