1. Organiser
The organiser of the competition is in-akustik GmbH & Co. KG, Untermatten 12 - 14, 79282 Ballrechten-Dottingen, Germany (hereafter “in-akustik”).
The closing date for entry is 30th November of each year. By taking part in the raffle, the participant accepts the following entry conditions:
2. Participation
2.1
Natural persons, at least 18 years of age at the time of taking part, are entitled to enter. in-akustik legal representatives,
staff and dealers, including employees of traders, may not enter the raffle. Participants can only enter once and under their own
name. Multiple entries are not considered.
2.2
Purchasing goods or using paid or free services from in-akustik or other companies involved in organising the competition does not
affect entry or the chances of winning whatsoever. There is no cost to the participant for taking part in the draw.
2.3
To enter, persons must register on the website www.in-akustik.de/ms/LS-803. Full personal details are necessary for registration.
Incomplete or incorrectly filled out entry forms are therefore not considered.

3. Determining the winners/prizes and notification
3.1
The winner is chosen in a raffle.
3.2
Only one prize is possible per entrant.
3.3
in-akustik informs the winners in writing or by email. The winner is responsible for having provided the correct contact details.
The winners agree to have their names published on the website www.in-akustik.de.
3.4
The prize is a high-end LS-803 loudspeaker cable in the Reference quality level (with a value of 600 euros). Every year on
1st December, there is a draw for a high-end loudspeaker cable.
3.5
There is no cash equivalent for the prizes, nor can they be exchanged. The judges' decision is final.
4. Exclusion from taking part
in-akustik is entitled to exclude participants without notice from taking part in the competition if they attempt to manipulate the competition,
or the entry process in particular, and/or breach the entry conditions. In such cases, the prizes can also be later disallowed and their
return demanded..
5. Cancellation of the competition
in-akustik reserves the right to cancel or stop the competition. in-akustik will make use of this facility particularly if, for technical or
legal reasons, proper management of the competition cannot be ensured.
6. Information on data protection
6.1
in-akustik collects the data provided by the entrant and stores it in a database. in-akustik uses this data to run the competition,
especially to contact the participant if they win. The data is not used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.
6.2
After the competition is finished or cancelled (sect. 5), the data provided is deleted.
6.3
Entrants can withdraw agreement to their data being processed at any time. Furthermore, the German Data Protection Act guarantees them
rights to information and notification regarding the data gathered.
6.4
Please contact us either by post, email or telephone if you have any questions about how your personal data is collected,
processed or used. This also applies to information on, notification, blocking or the deletion of data, as well as cancelling any permission given:

7.Applicable law
All legal relationships arising from or in connection with these entry conditions are subject solely to the law of the Federal Republic
of Germany and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. With regard to consumers, this
choice of law only applies if the protection ensured by compulsory provisions of the country in which the consumer usually resides is
not withdrawn.
8. Final provisions
If any of these conditions become invalid, the other entry and competition conditions remain unaffected. The entry and competition conditions can be
changed at any time by in-¬akustik without notice and without justification given. To be valid, additions and side agreements concerning the conditions
for awarding the prizes must be made in writing.
